Origin
The starting point was not a codebase with a team around it. It was a product thesis: let one remote agent serve many physical rental locations through kiosks, lockers, and integrated hardware — without collapsing under flaky networks or mixed devices.
The early architectural calls still define the system — multi-tenant from day one, hardware-reliability-first, real-time video as a core path rather than a bolt-on. Those decisions are why the platform scaled from one tenant to dozens without a rewrite.
Scale
The platform runs in production across the US, Europe, and Latin America — processing customer interactions through kiosks, smart lockers, and remote agent video calls, integrated with major industry software. Enterprise integrations and compliance evaluation (SOC 2 / ISO 27001) are part of the roadmap.
Lead technical architect of the system — accountable for direction under real business pressure, with a team shipping the work. Not every line of code; ownership of the architecture that holds it together.
